CamTrakker is a fully automatic 35mm camera combined with a passive infrared motion detector that senses heat-in-motion within a conical area. You attach the fully enclosed, weatherproof unit to a tree and CamTrakker will quietly take photos of deer (and other game) as they walk by and trigger the sensor. This “Big Buck Surveillance System" has been providing hunters with sophisticated products and quality service for over 18 years.

Canon Sure Shot 115u

Ultra-compact and fully automatic, the CANON Sure Shot 115u, quartz date camera imprints time and date on each image and gives you everything you need to take great pictures with ease. Inside its gleaming aluminum-cased camera body is a full range of functions to capture photos beautifully. There are five Programmed Image Control modes that optimize camera settings for best results. The camera will take film speeds up to 3200 ISO.

Passive Infrared Sensor And Aiming Light

The passive infrared motion detector activates the CamTrakker unit to take photographs by sensing “heat-in-motion” within a conical area.
The aiming light will flash red when the sensor is activated while the unit is off to ease positioning of the camera, but will flash green when the Camtrakker is on and activated to take a photo.

Powered Requirements

All it takes to keep your Camtrakker going day after day is 4 standard �C� type alkaline batteries & 2 - 1.5 volt lithium or alkaline AA Batteries. One set of C cells will provide 90 days of operation for the Camtrakker system. The camera is powered separately by the 2 "AA" batteries and you'll shoot up to 15 rolls of film from newly installed batteries. Camtrakker recommends using the Energizer 1.5 volt lithium AA Battery for maximum life and optimal performance in all temperature ranges down to -20 degrees.

Conveniently Located On/Off Switch

CamTrakker has a conveniently located on/off switch to allow you to turn your scouting unit off when aiming, checking or transporting, eliminating the possibility of taking unnecessary photos while adjusting or relocating a unit.

Secure Locking-Flange

The locking flange allows you to securely lock your CamTrakker to a tree or a mounting post, making the camera tamper-proof. (Cable-lock not included)

Film-Checking Window

The Film-Check viewing window allows you to find out how many photos have been taken without ever having to remove the lid or the locking flange, keeping scent to a minimum.

Weather-Proof, Sound-Dampened

Fully enclosed, weather-resistant unit takes pictures quietly, eliminating the possibility of spooking a trophy game animal. Sound-dampening foam minimizes noise and protects the camera.

Camouflaged In Natural Gear™

The Camtrakker housing is camouflaged using the Natural Gear pattern reducing its chance of detection in any environment.

Adjustable Delay

You can now choose between 6 delay options ranging from 20 seconds to 45 minutes, reducing the chances of having too many pictures of the same deer. In addition, you may select from 24-hour operation, day-only or night-only to customize the CamTrakker unit to suit your individual scouting needs. CamTrakker will give the option of imprinting the time and date on each photo.
