Through examining over 8 years of repair records generated from CamTrakker units used in Tropical ecosystems, we have developed a unit that is specifically designed to withstand the humidity and physical stress that occurs under these extreme conditions.

This new unit features CamTrakker’s legendary passive infrared sensing technology along with an automatic gain control circuit for optimum performance in environments with eleveated temperatures. This new system will operate for over 80 days on new batteries and accepts film speeds up to 3200 ISO. The genuine Pelican case is o-ring sealed to prevent the entry of moisture, and all external fixtures are impact resistant and sealed with a structural grade epoxy that is impact and water resistant.
